About the Role
Senior Software Engineers at PPRO make significant decisions, contributing to the success of their team's product, culture, and spirit. You will solve complex technical problems, influence architecture and technical direction, mentor engineers, and contribute to the codebase.
Responsibilities
- Own products and services end-to-end, from requirements till deployment in production systems
- Collaborate and grow in a dynamic and autonomous environment while working in small, agile teams
- Be an integral part of a team, in addition to its culture and ways of working
- Use the latest technologies to solve real problems for customers at a massive scale
- Take full operational responsibility for owned services
- Potentially take part in an on-call rotation

- Help the team evolve best practices
Requirements
- Results-orientation, collaborative, pragmatic, and with a continuous improvement mindset
- Multiple experiences working with one or more general-purpose programming languages including Java
- Experience designing and building scalable products and services
- Experience with the cloud (preferably AWS)
- Great problem solving abilities
- Working proficiency in English
