About the Role
Convey is building digital teammates for enterprises, enabling non-technical teams to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered digital teammates that execute work autonomously across applications, systems, and workflows. Our platform helps organizations scale without adding headcount.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve core AI product workflows, from harness engineering, to infrastructure, to frontend interaction patterns, and everything in between.
- Collaborate directly with customers and the team to turn real learnings into scalable product features.
- Make thoughtful product and technical decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- Use modern AI tools to move quickly while maintaining a high quality bar.
Requirements
- Strong generalist engineering skills.
- Excellent product taste and judgment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and broad problem-solving.
- Motivated by high-impact startup work rather than narrowly scoped implementation tasks.
