About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee our events, seminar, and webinar program from conception to post-event engagement. This role requires a candidate comfortable with both creating communications and developing supporting collateral, ensuring every program is high-touch, well-organized, and grounded in thought leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning and execution of our webinar program, including topic development, speaker coordination, registration pages, promotional sequences, and post-event nurture.
  • Plan and manage logistics for in-person events and conference presence, covering venue/vendor coordination, booth or sponsorship logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Build event run-of-show documents, briefing materials, and timelines to ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Track and report on event performance, including attendance, pipeline influence, and follow-up conversion, using data to refine future programs.
  • Write and coordinate supporting communications for events and webinars, such as email sequences, invitations, follow-ups, and internal recaps.
  • Develop or brief supporting collateral, including one-pagers, sales-facing leave-behinds, landing pages, and social promotion.
  • Ensure event messaging aligns with our core narrative and is tailored to the target audience.
  • Coordinate communications for our broader consultant network.
  • Curate and manage company swag.
  • Partner with sales and sales enablement to ensure events generate pipeline conversations.
  • Collaborate with our PR agency and internal stakeholders to align event moments with broader press and campaign timing.
  • Coordinate with the PE Marketing Lead on segment-specific event strategy.
  • Liaise with brand/creative teams to ensure visual consistency across event materials.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time spent owning events and/or webinars within a broader generalist marketing role.
  • Strong writing skills for drafting communications and collateral.
  • Ability to own a project end-to-end, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Experience with marketing automation and event tools (transitioning to HubSpot; webinar/event platform experience is a plus).
  • Capacity to manage multiple concurrent programs with competing deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborative style for working with sales, PR, and leadership.
  • Willingness to attend most events and adjust work schedules accordingly.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, PE/financial services marketing, or another complex B2B environment is a bonus.
