About the Role

We are seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support and build relationships with family offices and high net worth individuals interested in climate-focused private capital. This role involves managing the full investor journey, from initial contact to post-decision support, and contributing to commercial operations like CRM management and data quality. The ideal candidate is a driven, curious, and interpersonal individual eager to grow into a trusted partner for investors.

Responsibilities

Support and build relationships with family offices and high net worth entrepreneurs, guiding them through their investment journey.
Help develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective investors through cold outreach, events, and referrals.
Identify opportunities to deepen engagement within our existing investor base.
Help organize and host events for our professional investor audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team on investor-facing campaigns and content.
Develop a solid understanding of private equity, our fund offerings, and the broader alternative investment landscape.
Contribute to improving our commercial operations, including CRM hygiene, data management, and AI-supported workflows.
Grow alongside the business as we expand our product offering.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in a commercial, client-facing, or finance-adjacent role; investor relations experience is a strong plus.
Affinity with financial products or investment concepts; eagerness to become an expert.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Fluent German and excellent English, written and spoken.
A natural relationship builder - authentic, warm, and genuinely curious about people.
A clear and confident communicator who can make complex topics accessible.
Organized and disciplined in follow-through.
A quick learner comfortable operating in a domain you're still mastering.
Intellectually curious and self-reflective.
