About the Role

As a Strategy Manager, Growth Initiatives at PPRO, you will own the growth initiatives portfolio end-to-end, translating strategic hypotheses into concrete plans, driving coordination, and testing new opportunities. This is an execution-first role for a senior operator comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy, reporting to the VP of Strategy & Growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth initiatives portfolio end-to-end: the process, existing initiatives, and pipeline.
  • Translate strategic hypotheses into concrete plans, milestones, and delivery.
  • Own success metrics for initiatives and ensure measurable business impact.
  • Identify and resolve risks and dependencies.
  • Quickly ideate and test new growth opportunities, providing kill-or-continue recommendations.
  • Work hands-on with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Risk, and Legal teams to drive progress.
  • Align initiative owners and influence senior stakeholders on goals, priorities, and timelines.
  • Maintain momentum across complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
  • Build and iterate on business cases, operating models, and execution plans for growth initiatives.
  • Assess trade-offs across growth, complexity, risk, and scalability.
  • Support decision-making with structured analysis and clear recommendations.
  • Provide clear, structured updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Build concise, executive-ready materials to simplify complex topics and enable fast decisions.
  • Help establish repeatable ways of working for evaluating, executing, and scaling new bets.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in execution-heavy roles within fast-moving environments.
  • Proven track record of taking ambiguous initiatives from idea to execution and measurable outcomes.
  • A proactive, action-oriented operator who speaks up, challenges senior stakeholders respectfully, and brings a point of view.
  • Strong commercial judgment and analytical capability.
  • Ability to operate independently with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to structure and convey complex ideas clearly.
  • A strong bias toward action and delivery over analysis for its own sake.
