About the Role
This role involves the construction of walls, ceilings, and concrete components, as well as renovation and maintenance work in masonry and concrete construction. You will work according to plans and coordinate with other trades on site.
Responsibilities
- Erection of walls, ceilings, and concrete components from various materials, primarily in new construction of single-family homes
- Manufacturing of formwork, reinforcement, and concrete components
- Execution of renovation and maintenance work in masonry and concrete construction
- Participation in material disposition and warehousing on the construction site
- Working according to drawings and construction plans
- Coordination with other trades on the construction site
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a bricklayer or concrete and reinforced concrete worker
- Several years of professional experience in bricklaying or concrete construction is advantageous
- Manual dexterity and good technical understanding
- Physical resilience and readiness for deployment regardless of weather conditions
- German language skills in speaking and writing (min. B2 level)
- Class B driver's license is advantageous
- Reliability, teamwork, and sense of responsibility
- Carefulness and accuracy in execution
- Independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to support other trades if necessary
