About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and solutions-driven Travel Operations Consultant to support and optimize travel planning and booking processes. This role ensures seamless coordination of travel services while delivering exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end travel operations including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities
- Oversee booking accuracy, confirmations, and itinerary management
- Troubleshoot travel issues and provide timely solutions for clients and advisors
- Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and vendors
- Monitor reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Ensure compliance with company policies and travel industry standards
- Assist in improving operational workflows and efficiency
- Support Travel Advisors with backend logistics and documentation
Requirements
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or operations is a plus
