About the Role
Exciting and highly rewarding opportunity for an Architect/Project Manager looking to join the team in Minneapolis.
Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts for corporate/industrial, government, and educational projects.
- Collaborate and coordinate activities with a multidiscipline team.
- Develop schematic designs, assist with specification preparation/edits, and prepare production documentation.
- Manage fee estimates, project budgets, and schedules.
- Assist with business development activities, including developing project proposals/presentations.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture.
- 8+ years of experience with progressive responsibilities.
- Previous corporate project experience.
- Experience in educational and government projects preferred.
- Experience serving as a Project Manager with demonstrated abilities in multi-tasking, time management, budgeting, communication (verbal, written, and presentation), and leadership.
- Architectural Registration in State of Minnesota or ability to become registered within one year of employment.
- Architectural Registration in additional states is a plus.
- Proficient with design applications including Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch-up.
- Knowledge of graphics applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
