About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Engineer to develop innovative methods for identifying and engaging potential hires for Pace. Your main responsibility will be sourcing exceptional engineers and operators, understanding their motivations, and sparking their interest in Pace through a combination of outreach, research, AI, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Discover exceptional people by mapping companies, communities, research, and open-source projects to find promising candidates, including passive ones.
- Create compelling outreach by understanding a candidate's work and interests to provide a specific, credible reason to explore Pace.
- Engineer sourcing workflows using AI, recruiting tools, APIs, and lightweight code to enhance research, candidate discovery, outreach preparation, and follow-up.
- Experiment with new channels such as referrals, small events, and technical communities to build relationships.
- Learn from results by tracking successful approaches that lead to qualified conversations and hires, and using feedback to refine judgment.
- Build reusable systems by transforming successful experiments into tools, talent maps, and processes for continuous improvement.
