  • Track business performance, prepare leadership and investor materials, and help translate company priorities into plans teams can execute.
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruiting processes, candidate experience, and onboarding.
  • Manage vendors, tools, and administrative workflows, coordinating with legal and other external partners where needed.
  • Automate repetitive work and turn useful experiments into reliable tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in startup operations, consulting, finance, or another role requiring analytical thinking and independent execution.
  • Confidence working with financial models, spreadsheets, and business data, and explaining what the numbers mean.
  • Evidence of taking an ambiguous problem through to a practical result.
  • Clear writing, strong organization, and good judgment when handling sensitive information.
  • Willingness to move between planning and detailed execution, from evaluating a business opportunity to resolving an invoice.
  • Experience building internal processes at a growing technology company.
  • Exposure to financial planning, recruiting operations, or board reporting.
  • Experience creating automations or internal tools.
