About the Role
We're looking for a Data Analyst to turn every transaction into reliable analytics. You'll work directly with the co-founders and will own the metrics, models, and dashboards behind every decision.
Responsibilities
- Define the KPIs every team runs on and ensure consistent calculation.
- Write data models and dashboards to transform raw data into trusted answers.
- Automate the invoicing pipeline for banks in all currencies.
- Design and interpret experiments to differentiate real recovery lift from noise.
- Investigate and resolve the root cause of any anomalous data points.
Requirements
- Highly analytical and precise with a proven track record of building business-critical metrics and models.
- Fluent in SQL and Python.
- Outcome-oriented with a drive to influence decisions through data.
- Possess a STEM degree and academic excellence.
- AI-native approach, prioritizing automation and rigorous quality control.
- Willingness to learn the collections and fintech domain quickly.
