About the Role
TEN Pilates is seeking an experienced and comprehensively qualified Pilates Instructor to teach all equipment classes at their King's Cross studio. The role involves delivering high-quality, personalized Equipment Pilates classes and 1:1 sessions, with a preference for candidates holding a Polestar Pilates qualification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver regular Equipment Pilates classes on Sundays at 10am and 11am, and Wednesdays at 6pm and 7pm at the King's Cross studio.
- Provide cover for Equipment Pilates classes as needed.
- Teach small-group classes (up to four clients) using a circuit-style format, starting with mat work and progressing to equipment.
- Offer a high level of individual attention, adapting exercises and equipment to client needs.
- Deliver all sessions in line with TEN's standards and approach to Pilates teaching.
Requirements
- Comprehensive Pilates qualification with the ability to teach using all Pilates equipment.
- Previous experience teaching Equipment Pilates, ideally in a small-group setting.
- Strong understanding of movement, exercise technique, and appropriate progressions/regressions.
- Excellent communication and client-focused teaching skills.
- Alignment with TEN's approach to delivering high-quality, personalized Pilates experiences.
- Polestar Pilates qualification preferred.
