About the Role
Join one of the largest outpatient PT clinics in the Bronx, treating a wide-ranging, complex caseload across multiple diagnoses. Build strong hands-on skills in post-op knee and shoulder rehab, mobilizations, and progressive treatment planning in a highly supportive clinical environment. Work alongside a collaborative team in a high-growth setting built for learning and development, with a consistent schedule.
Responsibilities
- Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Comfortable treating a broad range of general outpatient orthopedic conditions
- Pediatric experience is preferred
- Open to both new graduates and experienced therapists

- $86K–$112K+
