About the Role
As the first Store Manager in Austin, you will lead an exciting new chapter for the brand, shaping its presence in a vibrant market. You will deliver memorable in-store experiences, champion core values, and drive brand growth while leading and developing your team.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and empower your team to truly Host from the Heart, radiating warmth and taking ownership of every interaction.
- Create a space where every individual and customer feels genuinely seen, valued, and cared for.
- Inspire, support, and coach your team to flourish and grow by adopting a reverse leadership approach.
- Cultivate high-performing and engaged teams.
- Deliver feedback on the shop floor, observing and delivering in the moment.
- Ensure strong numbers are achieved through inventory management, VM, store layouts, and experiential retail.
- Ensure efficient and effective operational processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously optimize social and environmental impact through daily decisions.
- Build brand loyalty by promoting the CRM scheme, hosting events, and engaging with the local community.

- Experience as a Store Manager.
