About the Role
Clio is seeking a Campaign Manager to join our Enterprise Demand Generation Marketing Team. This role plans, executes, and optimizes multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth. The Campaign Manager owns the campaign brief, timeline, cross-functional dependencies, and post-campaign analysis, ensuring a coherent and impactful story across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Write the campaign brief, including audience, insight, objective, message, channel mix, success measures, and timeline.
- Gain alignment from demand generation, product marketing, content, and sales before campaign work begins.
- Define success metrics upfront for accurate performance measurement.
- Run Demand Generation campaigns end-to-end in partnership with channel owners across paid media, email, web, content, events, webinars, partner channels, and sales outreach.
- Manage the campaign calendar, review for consistency, chase dependencies, and flag trade-offs for leadership review.
- Ensure campaigns launch as a coherent whole, on time, with consistent messaging across all channels.
- Manage campaign execution and orchestration in Asana, including intake, briefs, ticket creation, dependency tracking, and status reporting.
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to automate repeatable parts of campaign execution.
- Brief and coordinate Content, Design, Product Marketing, PR, Sales, and Marketing Operations.
- Translate campaign objectives into actionable briefs for each function.
- Ensure message consistency across all campaign materials and push back on misaligned creative or copy.
- Run recurring campaign meetings, including weekly stand-ups, kickoffs, readiness checks, and retrospectives.
- Ensure sales teams are informed about running campaigns, their purpose, and how to act on responses.
- Deliver talk tracks, follow-up guidance, and target lists alongside campaigns.
- Report on campaign performance against defined measures.
- Partner with Demand Gen and Sales to connect campaign launch with results.
- Track campaigns from launch to closed revenue, identifying channels and messages driving qualified pipeline.
- Conduct and document post-campaign retrospectives, incorporating lessons learned into future campaigns.
- Track campaign budget across the portfolio.
- Work with the Marketing Specialist on purchase orders, vendor agreements, and invoice reconciliation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in integrated or campaign marketing in B2B, ideally with enterprise or considered-purchase audiences.
- Demonstrated ownership of multi-channel campaigns from brief through to post-campaign analysis.
- Strong project management discipline and the ability to hold a timeline across teams that don't report to you.
- Sharp editorial judgment to assess message effectiveness and review for consistency.
- Comfort with campaign analytics, funnel reporting, and drawing conclusions from mixed results.
- Calm, clear communication skills and the ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing campaigns across both ABM and broad-reach demand generation.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to automate or accelerate marketing work.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing (bonus).
- Experience running campaigns for enterprise or long-sales-cycle audiences (bonus).
- Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation and campaign reporting tools (bonus).
- Experience building campaign planning infrastructure from the ground up (bonus).
