About the Role
You are the central point of contact for guests, ensuring a brilliant experience from pre-shoot preparation through to artwork reveal. You manage guest communication, personalize their experience, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
Responsibilities
- Call guests before their shoot to answer questions, settle nerves, and confirm practical details.
- Review the week ahead to identify guests at risk of cancelling.
- Fill last-minute gaps when a guest reschedules to maintain studio capacity.
- Personalize guest days by reviewing notes and incorporating special requests.
- Welcome and host guests in person, managing their comfort and timings.
- Present artwork to guests in person after the shoot and prepare them for their reveal.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper handover of guest notes between departments.
- Collaborate with the production team on artwork orders and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of reception and guest areas.
Requirements
- Customer experience background in premium sectors (luxury retail, five-star hotel, private members' club, premium airline cabin crew, luxury beauty, or comparable).
- Experience in a role with clear targets and KPIs.
- High comfort level with phone and video calls.
- Excellent written English.
- Comfortable discussing prices and collections.
- Proficient with CRM systems and general computer use.
- Willingness to work weekends consistently and evenings as required.
- Sales experience is a significant plus.
- Background in art is a plus.
