About the Role
Our C-Level Line Technicians perform real mechanical repairs, working from diagnostic findings provided by experienced technicians, while building toward B-Level with paid factory training. This role is ideal for technicians who have outgrown oil and tire work and want to grow with a premier Mercedes-Benz team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general mechanical repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct brake, suspension, steering, and other mechanical repairs.
- Remove and replace mechanical components.
- Execute repairs based on diagnostic findings from experienced technicians.
- Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs following Mercedes-Benz procedures.
- Conduct multipoint inspections and identify additional service needs.
Requirements
- Possess automotive repair knowledge and experience beyond basic oil and tire services.
- Ability to follow repair procedures and complete work accurately.
- Understanding of automotive mechanical systems.
- Must have a personal tool set appropriate for the position.
- Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Willingness to participate in factory training and develop into a B-Level Technician.
- Independent diagnostic ability is not required.
