About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, representing the brand and its ethos. This remote, phone-based role involves conducting discovery calls, inviting suitable candidates to the studio, and ensuring ethical sales practices by qualifying clients based on emotional, financial, and mental readiness, as well as alignment with company values. Your success in inviting the right women contributes directly to the company's growth and operational capacity.
Responsibilities
- Run 20 to 25 minute phone consultations with women who have enquired
- Follow our sales process and scripts
- Take payment on the call and get her session in the diary
- Follow up no-shows, "thinking about it" and past enquiries when your calendar is light
- Keep your pipeline and CRM notes clean so the next person can pick up without asking
Requirements
- Sales experience over the phone or video, selling to individuals
- Have worked on commission before
- Experience in a service or premium business (studio, clinic, salon, gallery, members’ club, events, travel or premium retail)
- Selling art, or selling for another studio, is ideal
- Ideally have worked remotely before
- Live within two hours of central London, ideally within 90 minutes
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Can work five days a week, with weekends as part of your normal schedule
- Comfortable that our studio specialises in fine art nudity, and that you will talk with women about it
- A private room with a door for your home office setup
- Fast, reliable internet: at least 100 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload
- Own laptop and monitor for the first 60 days
