About the Role
As a member of our restaurant team, you will be an important part of creating a positive dining experience for guests. You and your team will be the reason customers continue coming back. AES is a goal-oriented company where you can develop your skills.
Responsibilities
- Be trained on all crew positions such as cashier, drive thru, and the sandwich board.
- Create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching motions.
