Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension components, and sensors.
- Perform oil change services and 20-point maintenance checks.
- Perform alignments.
- Greet customers positively, enthusiastically, and professionally.
- Educate customers on products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining Delta Sonic's standard of quality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- ASE certification recommended.
- NYS Inspector License is required (NEW YORK STATE ONLY).
- Good mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot non-routine repairs.
- Alignment experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service.
- A detail-oriented mindset.
- Must be a team player.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Year-round schedule availability is required.
