About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage product certification, with a focus on new certifications in the Middle East and RCR.
- Clarify required certifications and approvals with Marketing & Global Product Line Managers and/or NPD.
- Request offers from test houses and Notified Bodies in the Middle East.
- Inform MSA design centers about necessary deliverables, including samples and documentation.
- Write applications and supply documentation and samples for certification to test houses/Notified Bodies.
- Coordinate with external partners for certification in RCR, including supplying necessary documentation and samples.
- Supervise timeliness and cost of certification processes.
- Maintain contact with internal and external partners.
- Check received certificates for accuracy.
- Manage updates of certificates for sustaining products.
- Support external audits, including scheduling and organizing them at MSA sites and supplier locations.
- File and archive hard copies and electronic versions of certificates, approvals, and test reports.
- File certification documentation in electronic format.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Marketing or R&D.
- Knowledge of SAP, MS, Windows, WIKI, JIRA, and Teams.
- Fluent English and Russian (reading, writing) and/or Arabic.
- Understanding of Local Directives & Regulations.
- Knowledge of MSA products (technical).
- Familiarity with standards such as GOST, EN, and UAE.
- Knowledge of regulations in the Middle East, including United Arab Emirates, EAC Regulations, and European Directives & Regulations.
