About the Role
WSFSSH's Multi Site Support program offers flexible, on-demand staffing across 30+ residential and program sites requiring 24/7 support. Team members fill scheduling gaps and ensure high-quality service, often performing multiple roles. This pool is ideal for those seeking flexible schedules, exposure to diverse sites and teams, and opportunities to build experience within supportive housing programs, serving as a potential pathway to full-time roles.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance including mopping, vacuuming, cleaning walls, handrails, surfaces, doors, and collecting garbage in common areas, offices, stairwells, elevator, and laundry room.
- Ensure the sidewalk and front of the building are clean and free of hazards, including snow and ice.
- Regularly clean the elevator, including walls, interior and exterior doors, and door tracks.
- Maintain cleaning standards for all shared bathrooms on the mezzanine, lobby, and resident floors, including surfaces, floors, garbage, and supplies.
- Maintain cleaning checklists.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Comfortable working with older adults.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to stoop, bend, reach and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to travel within our sites and throughout the community as needed.
