About the Role
This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing offline events, creating content, and overseeing communication channels to drive demand generation and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials and assets, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities for offline events.
- Develop engaging content for various marketing materials that aligns with brand voice.
- Manage communication channels, including website, social media, and email marketing.
- Assist in developing and implementing demand generation initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with media contacts to generate positive coverage.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of communication initiatives, campaigns, and content.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and coordinated execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field or with min. 2-3 years’ proven experience in marketing communications.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, including tradeshows, website, email marketing tools, and social media management tools.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on marketing communication performance.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
