About the Role
The Enterprise Management Internship helps university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. Interns gain real-world professional experience, learning to run a successful business and acquiring marketable management skills. Interns take on challenges similar to full-time professionals in a team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles.
- Take care of customers.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Complete intern projects.
- Engage in friendly competition with peers.
- May be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with an anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and August 2028.
- Must have experience in customer service, sales, leadership, or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related incidents on record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
- Must be willing to accept the pay of $19.00/hour.
- Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Must start in a training class on either May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027 and participate through the end of the internship on August 6, 2027.
