About the Role
Our Retail team is looking for a part-time seasonal sales associate at our Toronto Eaton Centre location. This role offers the opportunity to improve customer experience skills and expand knowledge in the fashion industry. A sales associate plays a vital role in ensuring the success of the JD Sports team by delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipment, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
- Resolve customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner.
- Keep current on product and service updates.
- Be aspirational to customers in all aspects of culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
- Process and assemble orders for the online store.
Requirements
- Knowledge and working experience in the fashion industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to problem solve quickly and in a polite manner.
- Highly organized.
- Works well under pressure and can meet scheduled deadlines.
- Able to multitask and learn new programs quickly.
- Must possess integrity and follow through on customer commitments.
