About the Role
Triunity Software is seeking a Business Analyst in New York City to connect technology and business strategy. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
