About the Role
Ensure guests experience a smooth and sophisticated arrival and departure by providing prompt and courteous valet service, acting as the first and last point of contact.
Responsibilities
- Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently, ensuring the safe and secure handling of keys and personal items.
- Provide courteous and attentive customer service, assisting guests with belongings, offering information, and creating a positive experience.
- Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles and maintaining order.
- Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, noting special requests and documenting relevant information for efficient retrieval.
- Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services.
Requirements
- A minimum of one-year experience as a valet or bellman, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license that meets the needs of our insurance carrier.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
