About the Role
This co-op experience offers the opportunity to work with a leading pump brand, gaining firsthand experience in the design and manufacture of engineered industrial pumps and monitoring equipment. Candidates will receive guidance and mentorship from top mechanical engineering and design professionals.
Responsibilities
- Generation of solid models and detail design drawings
- Analyzing and documenting processes to develop standard work
- Develop engineering and design process and tools
- Updating technical product data and documentation
- Process engineering change notices for various products
- Work in R&D test lab setting up pumps for testing
Requirements
- Candidates should have completed at least 2 years of college in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology
- Interest in supporting research and development and product engineering projects in a dynamic engineering environment
- Knowledge/Experience in Microsoft Office is required, particularly Excel
- Knowledge/Experience in PTC Creo is helpful, but not required
