About the Role
Physical Therapists play a vital role in helping individuals build strength, mobility, and independence. This role supports individuals across programs by providing expert evaluation, therapy services, and collaborative care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess individuals to develop personalized treatment goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Educate individuals, families, and team members on treatment plans and therapy methods.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with Individual Program Plans (IPP) or Individual Education Plans (IEP).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Support departmental operations, including equipment needs and staff orientation.
- Participate in agency-wide initiatives that advance the mission and enhance well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current NYS Physical Therapy Registration/Licensure
- 1-3 years of related experience preferred
- A valid NYS Driver's License
- Ability to travel between sites

- $61,880.00 - $70,016
