About the Role
Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in the New York office. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing location within an AmLaw100 firm.
Responsibilities
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions
- Manage cases and take the lead
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of meaningful complex litigation experience
- Prior experience in asbestos litigation preferred
- Admitted in Good Standing to practice in the state of New York
- Admittance to New Jersey is a plus
- Submit a resume, law school transcript, and a cover letter
