- Keep pursuit content accurate, relevant and complete through active use of content management systems.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate thought leadership into lead generation and pursuit efforts.
- Develop and produce custom brochures, lead generation materials and client-facing collateral.
- Coordinate business development and market-focused client relationship meetings, including event logistics in partnership with Communications.
- Support market leaders with materials before and after client engagements and help strengthen a culture of proactive targeting and prepositioning.
- Provide regular updates in CRM and other marketing databases.
- Use proposal and collaboration tools—including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Teams and MURAL—to support efficient, coordinated pursuits.
- Collect, enter and maintain accurate prospect, project and content data in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Deltek Vantagepoint and OpenAsset.
- Maintain a robust, current library of proposal narratives and reusable marketing materials.
- Update marketing workload and pursuit tracking tools.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, including proposal development for a professional services firm; work samples or a portfolio may be requested.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma experience is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of layout and graphic design principles, with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Exceptional project, time and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
