About the Role
As a Data Engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your skills and experience to help build advanced technology solutions and implement data engineering activities on some of the most mission-driven projects in the industry. You’ll develop and deploy the pipelines and platforms that organize and make disparate data meaningful. You’ll work with a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced and agile environment, sharpening your skills in analytical exploration and data examination while supporting the assessment, design, development, and maintenance of scalable platforms for clients. Use data for good and help clients find answers to impact important missions, from fraud detection to cancer research to national intelligence.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with data engineering, pipeline development, data analytics, machine learning, or software engineering
- Experience with source control and collaboration software, including Git or Atlassian tools
- Experience writing software in programming languages, including Python
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational database technologies, including SQL or GraphQL
- Knowledge of automation and scripting on Linux or Windows operating systems
- Secret clearance
