About the Role
Step into the holiday season as a Seasonal Beauty Host at L'Occitane's Grand Central boutique. Welcome guests, transform holiday shopping into a memorable experience, and assist them in discovering meaningful gifts with genuine hospitality and thoughtful recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with warmth and festive energy, creating an inviting atmosphere and a personalized sensorial experience.
- Anticipate guest needs, listen carefully, and recommend skincare, body care, and fragrance gifts.
- Remain flexible, positive, and attentive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple guests and priorities.
- Support sales goals and daily store operations by taking initiative, replenishing product, maintaining visual standards, and prioritizing the guest.
- Collaborate with colleagues, offer support where needed, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Adapt communication style to guests and team members, welcome feedback, and facilitate smooth handoffs during peak traffic.
Requirements
- Warm, engaging communication skills and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
- A guest-first mindset with the ability to listen, personalize recommendations, and support holiday gifting needs.
- Adaptability, reliability, and flexibility to support a seasonal retail schedule, including peak shopping periods.
