About the Role

The Guestroom Attendant is an essential member of the Rooms Division, dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to guests at the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco. This is a union, non-management position.

Responsibilities

Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean linen
Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom)
Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas
Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pen

Requirements

Reading, written and oral proficiency in the English language is required
Minimum of one (1) year of housekeeping experience, luxury hotel preferred
Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
