About the Role
Join the Family First Flex Team as an Early Years Educator, creating safe and stimulating environments in nurseries. Our internal bank roles offer flexibility, support, and growth opportunities for individuals seeking to make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily tasks such as hygiene maintenance and room setup are completed to the highest standards.
- Implement the EYFS using fun, interactive activities to spark children’s curiosity and learning.
- Uphold robust safeguarding measures while maintaining health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to create a cheerful, secure, and welcoming space where every child feels valued.
Requirements
- Commitment to child protection and a solid understanding of safeguarding practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in both written and spoken English.
- Must be empathetic, energetic, and driven to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
- A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate will be required for all posts.
- This post will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our Prevent Duty.
