About the Role
Eagle Rock Properties is seeking a Regional Manager to support its Hudson Valley Portfolio. This role involves overseeing property performance, managing teams, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develops and oversees annual property budgets, analyzing financial statements and addressing performance gaps.
- Ensures properties meet operational, financial, and business goals through inspections, report reviews, and action plans.
- Provides leadership to community managers, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Promotes resident satisfaction and retention through communication and prompt response to concerns.
- Analyzes market data to develop strategies for occupancy and revenue growth.
- Ensures properties meet established appearance and physical standards through inspections and capital requests.
- Coordinates vendor and contractor work, including contract negotiation and invoice processing.
- Completes various HR, financial, administrative, and other reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Property Manager or Regional Property Manager experience within the Multi-Family Industry.
