About the Role
Capstone's 2027 Summer Tech Execution Internship is a ten-week program designed to provide interns with practical exposure to the firm’s Tech Execution team and broader working environment. Interns will support the team’s day-to-day activities while completing a defined project designed to provide a meaningful learning experience and address a relevant business need.
Responsibilities
- Support the team’s day-to-day activities.
- Complete a defined project designed to provide a meaningful learning experience and address a relevant business need.
- Gain exposure to low-latency order management systems, third-party electronic trading platforms, systematic trading, pre- and post-trade analytics, automated delta hedging, etc.
Requirements
- Intellectually curious, analytical, and motivated candidates with a demonstrated interest in financial markets and investment management.
- Familiarity with linux development environments.
- Basic knowledge of finance and securities markets.
- Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to contribute effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- A professional, accountable approach to work and an ability to collaborate in a manner consistent with the firm’s culture and values.
- A keen curiosity about technology and artificial intelligence is essential.
