About the Role
As a software factory DevOps Platform Engineer, you will support our software development from requirements to testing in production. You’ll incorporate automation and cloud resources to minimize repetitive tasks and free up the team’s developers to do what they do best—innovate. You’ll work together with fellow professionals to implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) to limit manual testing and troubleshooting. This is an opportunity to broaden your experience in software engineering while helping to develop software that will completely transform workflows and make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and program critical applications.
- Support software development from requirements to testing in production.
- Incorporate automation and cloud resources to minimize repetitive tasks.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) to limit manual testing and troubleshooting.
- Build and test tools to transform the future.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience maintaining and deploying production-grade containerized applications through DevOps practices.
- Experience with Cloud, including AWS or Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD and developer workflow automation, including GitHub Actions, GitLab, GitBash, Git, AWS CodeStar, or CodePipeline.
- Experience with containerization, including Docker.
- Experience troubleshooting platform application deployments and configurations.
- Ability to work with IaC, including Terraform or Ansible.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
