  • Design, build, and optimize workflows in Ashby, including interview plans, scorecards, automations, candidate communications, and reporting dashboards.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring leaders and stakeholders to ensure a positive hiring experience and drive optimal results.
  • Utilize AI tools for sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, interview summaries, and funnel reporting, maintaining human judgment in all selection decisions.
  • Conduct structured screens, align hiring managers on role briefs, and communicate clearly and promptly with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Document processes, playbooks, and candidate personas to facilitate knowledge transfer and scalability across markets and role types.
  • Maintain data hygiene, track funnel health metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.), and use data to inform hiring leaders.
  • Partner with the People team on hiring approvals, offer logistics, and onboarding handoffs.
  • Meet or exceed key outcome-based activity metrics to ensure a healthy candidate pipeline.
  • Evaluate and analyze recruitment processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Leverage data to question feedback, understand perspectives, and propose solutions aligned with project goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market conditions.
  • Build, influence, foster, and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Provide insights, feedback, and reports to Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Collect and document necessary data for a smooth pre-onboarding and onboarding experience.
  • Manage new hire files from offer to the first day of onboarding.
  • Contribute to the improvement and execution of onboarding procedures.
  • Welcome new talent and align recruitment and onboarding experiences for success.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume operational/hourly hiring and corporate/technical searches.
  • Experience in sports, events, hospitality, or another multi-location consumer business is a plus.
  • Demonstrated sourcing strength using Boolean and X-ray search, outreach sequencing, and community channels.
  • Builder-level fluency with a modern Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever), including configuration of workflows, automations, scorecards, and reports.
  • Practical, everyday use of AI in recruiting (drafting, sourcing, summarizing, analysis) with a clear understanding of where human judgment is essential and AI disclosure/compliance requirements.
  • A builder's growth mindset, comfort in the trenches, and ability to set and hold boundaries for sustainable workload and well-being.
