About the Role

We are seeking a Transformation Consultant with experience in local government to support a digital transformation consultancy. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills, with a preference for experience in service redesign, PPM, or improvement initiatives within local authorities or government.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing services and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and redesign.
Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and support the development of future-state service models.
Engage with key stakeholders to shape recommendations and support the delivery of service improvements.

Requirements

An independent consultant.
Experience delivering consulting or transformation projects, ideally within the public sector / local government.
Strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and service redesign.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and work independently in a client-facing environment.
Consulting background is preferred.
