About the Role

The Enterprise Management Internship helps university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles.
• Take care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects.
• Engage in friendly competition with peers.
• May be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with an anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and August 2028.
• Must have experience in customer service, sales, leadership, or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related incidents on record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must be willing to accept the pay of $19.00/hour.
• Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Must start in a training class on either May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027.
• Must participate through the end of the internship on August 6, 2027.
