About the Role

Manage efficiently and effectively the main Supply and Matching activities related to the servicing of Richemont Maison's watches. Ensure that spare parts and repairs are processed daily, kit boxes are up to date and filled with consumables and SAP flow managed accordingly.

Responsibilities

Manage spare parts/repairs from/to other departments
Match spare parts/repairs
Manage spare parts' orders
Ensure proper follow-up of spare parts deliveries
Daily filling of kit boxes
Update kit boxes' layouts
Maintain the area including kit boxes in the workshop
Run daily reports & action follow-ups as needed

Requirements

Supply Chain/Customer service related experience desired
Watchmaking/Jewellery experience desired
SAP and Excel experience desired
