About the Role
We are seeking professional or semi-professional voice talents for an exciting project involving AI and language technology. The ideal candidate will have a passion for language and technology, a natural speaking style, and the ability to convey a conversational and likeable personality.
Responsibilities
- Record voiceovers adhering to specific technical requirements, including volume level, file naming, format, and audio quality.
- Follow instructions for gaps between segments and audio quality standards.
- Provide demo, sample recordings, and voiceover samples.
- Meet tight delivery deadlines for fast-turnaround projects.
- License voice for AI voice cloning and TTS training.
- Undergo testing in our module to be vetted against all requirements, if applicable.
Requirements
- Must be a native speaker of the target locale.
- Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming.
- Access to a home recording setup including recording software, microphone, headset/speakers, audio interface, and professional Digital Audio Workstation with software and plugins.
- A treated space that is quiet and free from background noise, music, clicks, or muffling.
- Ability to follow specific technical requirements when recording.
- Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and able to meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training.

- Natural speaking style with natural pauses, disfluencies, and word emphasis.
- Ability to convey conversational and likeable personality traits (friendly, empathetic, patient).
- Ability to sound natural and approachable in dialogue.
- Ability to sound intelligent, confident, engaged, and build trust.
