About the Role
Fortress Investment Group seeks an entry-level NDA Compliance Analyst to join the Fortress Compliance Department. The position will be based in Manhattan and will involve assisting with the administration of the firm's global compliance program, particularly the NDA process, analysis of potential material non-public information, and regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities
- General administration of Fortress’s global compliance program, primarily assisting with the administration of the firm’s NDA process
- Assisting in the analysis of potential material, non-public information
- Assisting with the administration of the firm’s Restricted Trading List
- Assisting with domestic and international regulatory reporting (including SEC, NFA, FINRA, SFC, FCA, and other regulators)
- Conducting additional ad hoc compliance assignments, including periodic compliance testing and routine regulatory examinations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
- Superior work ethic, attention to detail, organizational and communications skills
- Serious desire to learn, grow and develop as a professional
- Proven ability to multi-task, problem-solve and think critically
- Technical proficiency with computer applications
