About the Role
This is a seasonal sales associate position to support the team during peak holiday months, from November to January. The role involves ensuring consistent guest experience and operational standards, greeting guests, answering phones, gift wrapping, and processing shipments.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent Shinola Guest Experience standards are met.
- Ensure Visual and Operational Standards are met.
- Greeting guests, answering phones, engaging guests daily.
- Gift Wrapping, as needed.
- Support the team during peak holiday months, November - January.
- Occasionally support store events (in-store, offsite) outside of store posted operating hours.
- Keeping all areas of the store clean, presentable, and stocked.
- Processing shipments, packing orders and other operational requirements as needed.
- Regularly and consistently abides by Time & Attendance policies and all policies and procedures included within.
- Regularly and consistently abides by the Standards of Conduct and Ethics, and all policies and procedures included within.
- Availability to include either/and/or days, nights and weekends as needed for the business.
- Must be available to work during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
