About the Role
As a Senior Creative at NVE, you’ll help conceptualize and realize ambitious creative endeavors, working under the ECD for EMEA to craft high-profile campaigns. This role combines conceptual work with hands-on skill in delivering world-class experiences, requiring the ability to articulate ideas internally and externally to a senior client level.
Responsibilities
- Drive creative work for large-scale, high-impact brand experiences and campaigns
- Lead and inspire junior creatives to develop innovative concepts and execute them to the highest standards
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure concepts retain integrity across the agency
- Represent the agency in client meetings and pitches
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating cutting-edge techniques into creative work
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust in the creative process
- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity within the agency
Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time.
Skills
- Portfolio of excellent experiential campaigns spanning scale and category
- Marketing minded
- Confident, passionate with a POV, but not an ego
- Lifelong student of creativity and marketing
