This position transforms the IT environment for employees, focusing on the digital workplace. It involves modernizing traditional systems like terminals, authentication, and collaboration tools, while also enhancing digital experiences (DEX) and incorporating generative AI to support new ways of working. The role encompasses the entire process from conceptualization to design, construction, and implementation, establishing AI-driven development and delivery methods. The focus is on how work styles change, driving initiatives from that perspective.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, roadmaps, and ROI analyses for digital workplace transformation.
- Define requirements, design architectures, and drive implementation for terminal management, authentication, and collaboration platforms.
- Visualize and improve employee IT user experience using DEX solutions.
- Plan and support business transformation through generative AI.
- Promote standardization of AI-driven development and delivery methods.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in designing and building digital workplace environments (terminals, authentication, collaboration, etc.).
- Experience in IT planning and operations within a corporate IT department.
- Experience working at a consulting firm or systems integrator.
- Experience with AI-driven development or a strong interest in it.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency.
- Communication skills to advance discussions with clients and stakeholders.
