About the Role
The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a self-motivated, outgoing, and team-oriented Registered Nurse for a Nurse Educator position. This key clinical role provides leadership, staff support, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure consistent quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and deliver nursing staff development programs including orientation, in-service education, continuing education, competencies, and nursing student experiences.
Requirements
- Current New York State RN license
- College degree in Education or a related field
- 2+ years supervisory and clinical experience in skilled nursing, medical surgical nursing or related field
- Prior educator or training experience (3+ years preferred)
- Prior experience working with a learning management system (LMS) strongly preferred
