About the Role
The Goddard School is seeking floating assistant teachers for their infant/toddler program (3 months-2 years old) at the Murray Hill location. The school prioritizes faculty happiness and treats staff like family in a fun, appreciative environment.
Responsibilities
- Working alongside the classroom teachers to implement planned activities
- Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
- Supporting each child’s social and emotional development
- Establishing positive and effective family relations and communication
- Maintaining routine and structure in the classroom
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous childcare experience
