About the Role
We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Operations Associate to become the operational backbone of our team, supporting scientific, regulatory, and product-related topics. This role is ideal for individuals with a scientific or laboratory background seeking to transition into an office-based role while leveraging their technical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Support Regulatory Affairs teams with day-to-day operational activities, including product changes and reformulations, by ensuring information and document availability.
- Coordinate and maintain product and raw material information, including specifications, certificates, and technical documents.
- Gather missing information and documentation from internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
- Notify the responsible German authority about food supplements.
- Maintain product and regulatory information in internal systems and databases, ensuring consistency.
- Organize and coordinate documentation and product-related requests.
- Conduct initial checks of documents and data for completeness and consistency.
- Support the preparation of internal documentation, overviews, and reports.
- Take ownership of recurring operational and administrative processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Interest in scientific topics and familiarity with ingredients, raw materials, or technical documentation, or the motivation to quickly acquire this knowledge.
- Completed vocational training or studies in a scientific field (e.g., chemistry, food science, pharmacy) or a strong administrative/operational background with a curiosity to learn.
- Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner with large amounts of information.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Very good German and English language skills.
